MEDICAL ART SOCIETY (‘THE SOCIETY’) PRIVACY POLICY

The personal data that you have given to the Society on joining, for example, name, career details/ qualifications, address, email, telephone number and any relevant financial information will be held on a secure database. Such personal data will not be given or sold to other parties, and used solely for the business of the Society.
For general purposes, communication with the administration of the Society will be by email sent as blind copy (bcc). It may be that individual names, photographs of artists and their work – for example, prizewinners or those taking part in Society group events – will appear on the Society’s own open website and Social Media accounts.
It is assumed that members accept this unless they state otherwise.
Members are free to submit their own news or photographs on the website.
Communications intended for members only will not appear on the website public areas.
